iPad in the Makerspace
When thinking about what to include in your Makerspace, don’t forget an iPad. Putting an iPad in a Makerspace allows students to record their ideas, steps, failures, successes. With these digital documents students can create an instructional video, documentary, story or provide an interactive explanation of what they invented. Students can use presentation software such as sheets or power point to create a storyboard. They can use iMovie or other app to edit their digital story. Having the iPad allows your Makerspace to extend into language arts in an engaging and fun way.
